Nursing Services

   Western Hills Retirement Village provides outstanding skilled nursing services and long term care. When you are admitted to the Village Care Center, our team of highly trained professionals will carefully assess your needs and goals. This interdisciplinary team will then develop and individualized plan of care in collaboration with you and your private physician. Whether your goal is to return to home or to maintain a level of independence in self-care, we will provide the physical and emotional support and services required to help you achieve your goals.

Nursing Services Provided:           

Around-the-clock skilled comprehensive nursing care including post-hospital rehabilitation and convalescent services.

Intermediate or custodial nursing care for those who require twenty-four hour assistance with the daily activities of life.

A  special unit which provides security and quality of life for those suffering from Alzheimer's or related dementia.

Rehabilitation services provided by Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists to assist you in returning to or attaining your maximum independence.

Medically complex care and services including Cardiac Care, Wound Management, Extensive IV Therapy, Pain Control, and Nutritional Management.
